Fried Sturgeon Meat

Food materials::

Sturgeon meat                        200g

Salt                                        10g

Edible oil                                 5g

Black pepper powder               20g


 

 
 Mixing the sturgeon slices with salt and black pepper powder after it thaws, put it aside and wait about 30 mins. When it is hot weather, put it inside refrigerator.

 

 
Add edible oil into the pan, big fire until the oil becomes hot, then put the sturgeon meat into the oil to fry. Don not stir it, wait until the smell comes out, then turn the side over slightly.
